Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders dispatch within 1–3 business days from Australia. Domestic delivery takes 2–6 business days. International (USA, Canada, UK and the rest of the world) takes 6–12 business days, fully tracked.

How much is shipping?

Australia: $10 standard, $15 express — free over $200. International: $30 tracked — free over $250 AUD. Prices in AUD.

Do I pay customs or import fees?

International orders may attract local import duties or taxes depending on your country. These are set by your government, not us, and are payable by you on delivery. Most tee orders pass through without charges.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your returns policy?

Unworn, unwashed, tags on — you've got 30 days from delivery. Full details in our refund policy. Limited drop items can be returned for a refund, but we can't guarantee an exchange — when a run is gone, it's gone.

Product & Sizing

How do your tees fit?

Regular loose fit — a relaxed cut, not boxy-cropped, not slim. If you're between sizes and want it roomier, size up. Check the size guide for measurements.

What are they made of?

220GSM 100% cotton. Heavyweight, pre-shrunk, screen-printed graphics. Built to last longer than your phone contract.

Drops

Will sold-out items come back?

No. Limited drops are one-off runs — no reprints, ever. The core range (logo tees and staples) is always available. New drops land monthly: sign up to the newsletter to find out first.
